Elna Coetzer, Co-Founder

South African-born Elna Coetzer is a teacher, teacher trainer, educational consultant and international conference presenter based in Istanbul, Türkiye. She holds a CELTA, DELTA and an MA in Professional Development for Language Education from University of Chichester.
In addition to extensive teaching experience across a wide range of levels, she has worked in various roles within the education industry and is an accredited CELTA and DELTA trainer. Elna has written materials, designed courses and developed resources to support teaching and learning internationally. She has published in the IH Online Journal and written blogs for the Oxford Teachers’ Club.
She has trained educators in more than 20 countries and presented at international conferences both face-to-face and online. She is also a qualified NLP Master Practitioner and life coach — interests that grew from her work in communication, psychology and growth.


Robyn Stewart, Co-Founder

Robyn Stewart is a teacher and teacher trainer based in Istanbul, Türkiye. She holds a BFA in Drama and an MA in Intercultural Communication from New York University, along with Cambridge CELTA and DELTA qualifications. Robyn also earned an MA TESOL with distinction from the University of Nottingham. Robyn has worked with teachers face-to-face and online in Thailand, Malaysia, Jordan, Morocco, Libya, Türkiye, the United States and Indonesia, where she served as an English Language Fellow for the 2017-2018 academic year. Robyn and team were the recipients of the British Council’s award for Excellence in Teaching and Teacher Training in 2016.
